Approach
Centralized Inputs → Run → Outputs platform: input validation, run logging, standardized dumps, mismatch detection against the calculation agent, and KPI monitoring across 7 Streamlit views.
Results
Replaced manual Excel tracking with a single platform used for every rebalancing run across 40 indices. Each run is logged end to end, exceptions surface automatically — 23 upstream data issues were caught before production in the first quarter — and run preparation went from about 3 hours to 45 minutes.
